Commercial Real Estate
Create room for what comes next.
Real estate decisions affect the way a business grows and operates, and sometimes the purchase or lease of commercial real property is our clients' core business model. We help evaluate and negotiate the terms of commercial property transactions with attention to the economics and the commitments involved, always with the goal of getting deals closed within the client's timeline and budget.
Property decisions tie up capital and shape a business for years. We help you evaluate the terms, manage diligence and closing, and keep the economics and long-term commitments in view.
How we help
- Property purchase and sale transactions
- Purchase agreements and negotiations

Before we get started
What does due diligence cover in a commercial property purchase?
Typically title and survey, zoning and permitted use, environmental conditions, physical condition, existing leases and service contracts, and any financing requirements. The purchase agreement sets how long you have for diligence and what happens if you find a problem.
Do you represent both buyers and sellers?
Yes, though never both sides of the same transaction. We work with owners, investors, development companies, and operating businesses on purchases and sales of commercial property.
